# Coconut Fish
This is a special kind of fish, which is originated from the coastal region of Kenya. It is easy to make and is best served with hot rice or hot ugali
# Ingredients
- 2 cups of coconut milk
- 1 whole deep fried Tilapia fish
- 3 red tomatoes
- 2 onions
- 2 bunches of dhania
- 2 tablespoons of blackpepper
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
# Tools
- A non-stick pan
- A chopping board
# Method
- Cut the onions into small diced pieces.
- Place the pan on the heat.
- Pour the oil into the pan.
- Add the onions and wait till they are golden brown.
- Add the tomatoes and cover till the tomatoes are soft.
- Add the salt and the black pepper.
- Add the fish and pour in the coconut milk.
- Let it simmer for 40 minutes.
- Serve with hot rice. Enjoy!!
# Tips
If you don't like coconut milk, you can use plain yoghurt
