# Baked Banana Oatmeal

This is good if you like banana bread but don't eat flour or sugar.

# Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 mashed banana
  • cinnamon
  • olive oil

# Tools

  • spoon
  • loaf pan

# Method

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Grease the loaf pan with olive oil.

Mix eggs, oats, banana, and cinnamon.

Pour mixture into loaf pan. Bake for 20 minutes.

# Tips

The mixture can also be made into two pancakes instead of baking in the oven.
